Bernard managed the family farm for 30 years after gaining his agricultural qualification at Writtle College.
Now in his third year with ADER, he fully appreciates all aspects of agriculture and business development. His interests within the team lie with Agri-Environmental Schemes, Farm Building Conversions and Alternative Cropping.
